Natura &Co will begin trading its shares on the New York Stock Exchange through ADRs in January. This will allow the group to benefit from synergies across its brands and also to expand its product portfolio and reach to 200 million customers around the world.

To propel the next stage of growth the company has appointed an entirely new leadership team. Roberto Marques will serve as the Group Chief Executive Officer, and Angela Cretu, will manage the company's global operations. She will oversee the global stewardship and operations of Natura outside of Latin America.

Before joining Natura, Joao Paulo spent twenty years at Unilever, where he held a variety of roles, including Vice President of Supply Chain. His last job at the company was Vice President of Operations and Logistics.

Angela Cretu

Angela Cretu, an Avon veteran and its top leadership team, will assume the role as the company's chief executive officer. Cretu has more than 20 years of experience leading a top brand in beauty and is well-positioned to oversee Avon's global operations.

The Avon CEO has been a defender of the women around the world and has embraced the concept of gender empowerment. She has been involved with many campaigns to promote positive changes for women in developing countries. The most notable are those that fight violence against women and promote women's economic empowerment.

Cretu has held leadership positions in a variety of other companies, in addition to her role as Vice President of Avon. She was the Vice President for South-East Europe and Group Vice President for Central and Eastern Europe and the General Manager for various regions.

Acosta is a senior executive leader at avon sales leadership. He joined Avon in 2011 as Senior Vice President and President Latin America and was recently named Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer. He worked for many years at Unilever before joining Avon. He has extensive experience in creating consumer-focused companies and establishing them in new markets. In addition to his work at Avon the company, he also serves as an investor and board member at RoC Skincare in New York.

As Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer He is in charge of the development of the customer experience at Avon. He also oversees the development and implementation of a brand new social selling strategy that is digital.

Fernando Acosta started his career as an apprentice manager at Unilever. He has worked in Europe as well as the United Kingdom. Later, he held high-ranking positions in Unilever's Latin American operations.

From 1999 until 2004, he was the Category President for Latin America at Unilever. His job included overseeing the most well-known brands of the company such as Dove. Additionally He was also a participant in the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty, a global initiative that introduced innovative products such as Pro Age.

Following his time as the senior vice president of Unilever's Middle Americas division, he became an international executive. He served as Brand President for Dove Global at Unilever from 2006 until 2008. During this time, he was based in New York.

He was previously the Regional President for Latin America at Avon. His duties included driving sales, defining the brand's Latin American strategy, and helping develop new product lines , such as Pro Age.

Miguel Fernandez, a former executive vice president at Herbalife will be named Global President of Avon. He has vast experience in e-commerce managing customers, customer management and implementation of growth strategies.

In the meantime the Neiman Marcus Group is looking for a permanent chief financial officer. Two interim executives have been appointed.
